We sell exclusively on our Facebook Shop and Zalora. We don’t sell on this website.

What’s the difference between buying from you on the Facebook Shop and Zalora?

Our Facebook Shop is our main online shop. Our Facebook Shop has our complete inventory.

We sell on Zalora as an alternative choice for those who prefer alternative payment modes, such as payment by credit card or Paypal.

Do you have cases for my phone model?

We only have cases for iPhone 5/5s/SE/6/6+/6s/6s+.

So, how do I know you’re legit?

You can check the feedback of some of our countless satisfied customers who have bought from us before in the customer feedback section on this website . You can also check the customer feedback photo album on our Facebook Shop.

We process hundreds of orders per month, so don’t worry, you’re in good hands. We’re 100% legit.

Take my money! How do I pay?

If you buy through our Facebook Shop you can pay by depositing to our bank accounts:by: BPI, BPI Family, BDO, LBC Pera Padala, Western Union and Palawan Express.

If you want to pay by credit card, Paypal, Mepay, you can buy from us on Zalora.

Do you do meet ups?

Sorry, we don’t.

Can I pick up my products at your branch/warehouse?

Sorry, we only do online sales.

How do you ship your products?

If you buy from our Facebook Shop we only ship through LBC. They’re the Philippine’s most reliable courier company and we use them exclusively.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, for now we only ship to the Philippines.

If we order, how fast can I get it?

Usually two days. After you your payment and send us a picture of the deposit slip or confirmation, we will ship it out the next day and send you a LBC tracking number. You can track your shipment using LBC’s tracking system here.

What should I do if my cellphone cases don’t arrive after I pay for them?

There are usually no problems with delivery as LBC is the Philippines most reliable courier. However, in case the very rare case occurs that your shipment is delayed, please contact LBC customer service on the website.

Customers who buy from Zalora should contact Zalora’s customer service.

Do you accept resellers or wholesalers?

Sorry, we don’t accept resellers or wholesalers.

A reseller is an online seller who promotes the products of a different seller on their own online shop or online shop in order to make a profit.

A wholesaler is someone who orders in bulk at a cheaper price (for example more than 50 pieces of the same item).

You’re more than welcome however to buy several items. Customers who buy five cases or more can avail of free shipping.
